PILATES Classes

Our summer break is nearly over and this about what’s happening next in the U3A. 

Our Pilates classes start in St. Joseph’s Pastoral Centre on Wednesday 11 th September:

Beginners Class 11 - 12 pm

Improvers 12 - 1 pm 

Thursday 12 th September:

Improvers Class 2-3pm

improvers Class  3-4 pm.

All classes will be limited to 25 participants.   

The fee will be 8 weeks €40 up to and including 30th October payable online or on the first day.
